Harrison G. Demeritt joined Eastern Land Company in 2019. Harrison's exposure to the commercial real estate field began at an early age working at various restaurants in his native town of Newburyport.

In 2016 Harrison enrolled at Providence College and began spending his summers working as a residential real estate agent in Boston. Harrison started with apartment rentals but quickly found his interest was more in working with restaurant tenants looking to expand or relocate.

Going into his final semester he was driving up to Boston on the weekends and working evenings trying to piece together restaurant deals for local tenants.

By the time Harrison graduated from Providence College in the spring of 2019, he was actively representing commercial tenants and completing transactions in Boston; including a 5,000 square-foot restaurant lease in South Boston as well as a 1,000 square-foot cafe sublease on Newbury Street in the Back Bay.

Harrison is an avid surfer and while he's not at work he can be found at one of the many surf breaks along the North Shore.
